6C "You are the star" wall mural

You were good! You recognized many artists.
At the southeast corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Wilcox Avenue, is a wall-size Tinseltown mural. This one is called "You Are The Star", and was painted by Tom Suriya.

These are the two you spoke about a lot.

"Charlie" Chaplin (April 16, 1889 – December 25, 1977) was a famous English actor and film maker. He was very famous in silent movies. He started working when he was 5, and worked until he was 80. The character that Charlie Chaplin played most was called "the Little Tramp". The "Tramp" had a coat, a pair of big trousers, big black shoes, and a black hat.

Marilyn Monroe (June 1, 1926 – August 5, 1962) was an American  actress. She was born on June 1, 1926, in Los Angeles, California. She died of a drug overdose on the night of August 5, 1962.
